Hello, my name is Jayne and I am based in Ruislip.
With over 20 years’ experience across a range of school settings, including leadership and SEND, I’m dedicated to providing tailored educational support that meets the unique needs of students, schools and families. At Inner Voice Education, I believe every student, educator and parent has a voice that matters – and the potential to thrive.
Recent Projects
Access Arrangements
An onsite visit was completed to assess identified Year 11 students for GCSE access arrangements. Individual and group assessments using standardised tests were carried out in line with JCQ guidelines. Relevant JCQ Form 8 paperwork was completed to support the school’s applications.
Senior Leadership Support
Provided support to the senior leadership team of a small school in preparing for an upcoming Ofsted inspection, focusing on key priorities and evidence gathering.
Departmental Reviews
Carried out curriculum reviews to support school development and improvement through learning walks, meetings with curriculum leaders, student voice, and an in-depth look at curriculum intent and sequencing.

Access Arrangement Assessment Services
Comprehensive Assessments:

Student-Focused Needs Assessments

Staff Professional Development:

Coaching for middle leaders and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), plus training in safeguarding, mental health, Safer Learning Environment and timetabling
Support for New SENCOs:

Tailored guidance and mentoring helping new SENCOs navigate responsibilities such as managing SEN provision, assessments to EHC plan applications.
Parental Support Services
Private Assessments:

Guidance and assistance with obtaining private assessments for your child.

NB: Formal diagnoses can only be made by specialist services eg Educational Psychologists or CAMHS.
Parental EHC Applications:

Help with the entire EHC application process, including gathering evidence and completing paperwork.
Advice and Support:

Support in preparing for and navigating review meetings, ensuring your child's needs are met.

Qualified
MA in Education, NPQH, NASENCO, IOSH, Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements, and Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing.
