Exam Access Arrangements
I am a qualified Exam Access Arrangements Assessor based in Ruislip, Hillingdon and provide thorough assessment services across London and available for nationwide travel.

I understand the challenges access arrangements pose for SENDCos and am dedicated to offering ongoing support beyond the assessment process. I also recognise that tight financial constraints and the need for a quick turnaround add further pressure on SENDCos and schools.
That’s why I ensure my services are cost-effective and that assessments are conducted efficiently, delivering prompt and reliable results to support your students without unnecessary delays.
The cost of one days EAA assessments includes:
Virtual meeting with the SENDCo (or equivalent) to discuss assessments​​​
The cost of all assessment materials and assessor time​​
Completion of the assessor section of Form 8 (Part 2)*
A copy of Assessor qualifications for JCQ inspection records
A follow-up meeting with the SENDCo (or equivalent)*
* Provided within 24 hours of assessments for efficiency.
Pricing
Assessment costs:
I assess 6–8 students per day** at the following rates (excluding transport costs):

1–6 days: £385 per day

7–10 days: £370 per day

11+ days: £340 per day​

** The number of students assessed per day will depend on the specific assessments required for each individual, as identified during the initial consultation and agreed upon with the SENDCo.
Transport costs:

Within 15 miles of Hillingdon - £12

Within 50 miles of Hillingdon - £20

50 to 100 miles of Hillingdon - Cost of petrol at HMRC rate or cost of rail fare (whichever is cheapest)

Over 100 miles of Hillingdon - Negotiationable price based on cost of petrol at HMRC rate or cost of rail fare (whichever is cheapest) and if overnight stays are required, reasonable accommodation costs.
Additional services cost:
If the SENDCo requires a full Assessor Report for an individual student to support further referrals, this will be available at a cost of £50 per report.
